What are the shipping prices?
Additional charges, eg. import duties (customs) and disbursement fees and their related taxes, are to be paid by the customer.
The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped you’ll receive a confirmation email. We are working towards having your order processed within 5 working days.
We hope you love your Leveld pieces however we aim for everything to be exactly right for you, so if you require an exchange or refund, please get in touch at contact@leveld.eu.
You can return for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Need a different size? We are happy to issue exchanges on all items. Just send us an email, contact@leveld.eu, and we can sort this out for you.

All we ask is for you to return the original package to us with your name and order number noted inside. The returns address is displayed on the front shipping label of your parcel however if you have misplaced this, just get in touch!
Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to be paid by you. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to show in your account.
To qualify for a full refund, your items must be received back with us within 14 days from the date you completed the purchase.
Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging. Items must have all tags and security ribbons attached and untouched. Return parcels must have reference to Order Name or Order Number to allow us to identify the order.

If you require an exchange, please send us your original order number, with the item name you wish to exchange and the size of the item you would like to replace this with.

We understand our return postage is not free, however we strongly encourage you to insure your package with a tracking code.
Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with a Signed For label.
