WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING CODE FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking code which tells you the status of your shipment.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

The clothing items can be returned or exchanged in size within 14 days after arrival. 

For all details and necessary forms, visit our return policy page or contact us for support. Sale items are not refundable.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 15 working days after approval.

THE ITEM IS RECEIVED IS DAMAGED!

Of course we do our best to avoid this but if it were to happen that the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

WHICH CLOTHING SIZE SHOULD I GET?

Depending on the item, size may vary. Please read the description of the items very carefully.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY ITEMS?

All items in our collections come with a care label. We strongly recommend you to always follow the instructions on this label. Also, you can find more washing instructions on a notecard that comes with your package.
